The construction for Phase 2 of the Project starts on Monday, October 10, 2021, from Lots 15 to 18.
The project consists of rebuilding the entire 1.6 miles of right-of-way. That work includes, realignment of the existing roadway, all paving, drainage, storm water, potable water services and a new sanitary sewer system. The work also includes lighting, landscaping, irrigation and a pedestrian pathway.
