This page provides information related to residential water service, including general service details and account support.
The Village operates its water distribution system through the Water Utility Fund, established by Ordinance No. 111. Water is purchased in bulk from Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Authority (WASD) and distributed to residential properties and the Indian Creek Country Club.
Water rates include all operational and maintenance costs, including system upkeep, meter reading, billing, and infrastructure management.
Properties currently utilize septic tank systems for on-site wastewater treatment. Miami-Dade County regulates permitted septage haulers.
The Florida Department of Health oversees septic system construction, modification, and operation.
For permitted haulers, contact:
Miami-Dade Industrial Facilities: (305) 372-6600
Florida Department of Health: (305) 623-3500
