Inspections
You may schedule, cancel, or check the status of an inspection through CommunityConnect,
or by calling (305) 865-4121.
Inspections requested before 3 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding holidays, will be scheduled for the next business day. Inspections scheduled after 3 p.m. will be scheduled for the second business day.
Inspections cannot be requested more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation of an inspection must be done prior to 8 a.m. for an inspection that is scheduled for later that day.
Private Provider Registration
Private Providers must register their firm with the Indian Creek Village and are advised to complete the registration process before attempting to submit documents for permitting. Private Provider firms may not provide building code inspection services until their qualifications have been verified by the Building Department staff. Registrations are renewed annually each March or as required by the Building Official.
Please note: These documents are to be used for initial registration or renewals only—not for each project to be permitted.
