Construction for Phase 1 of the Roadway Redevelopment Project began on Monday, June 28, 2021. Phase 1 is located along the frontage of the Indian Creek Country Club and between Lots 14 and 15. Work includes excavation of the existing roadway, drainage system replacement, sewer utility installation and reconstruction of the roadway bed with a drivable surface. Each phase of the project will include the same general scope of work. The final stage of the project will include landscaping, the pathway trail, street lighting and the final top layer of the road.
